Which healthy choices do you think you're going to have the hardest time with? Mine will be the 7 hours of sleep, since I'm obviously awake at midnight writing this blog post...

    Hardest: No question--NO SWEETS. For me that will be NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE.

    1. Hooray for freebies, then, Right? :) Sweets are hard to resist. In fact, my favorite cupcake shop is featuring the most amazing flavor this month. I think about it every day!

  3. My hardest one is going to be flossing...for reals - I'm pretty ok with most of the others (sometimes 7 hours is hard to do though- but generally I'm ok with getting it...) I'm so excited! This is such a good motivation to get these healthy habits part of a regular routine :)

  4. My hardest one will definitely be fruits and veggies. I only love fruit flavored candy bars. however, I did eatreal, actual fruits and hearty vegfies today. If I drink a glass of orange juice now, I got in my 5. Does that count?

  5. I don't know how anyone did yesterday - I aced it - but today, not so much :( I had to make cupcakes for a good friend & ended up caving...did you know you can make cotton candy frosting? This is gonna be a long 8 weeks...but I'm still SO glad I'm doing it! I plan on acing the rest of the week! :D
